When and how can I register?
Directly on site in our office one day before the start of the course, or book your course online and benefit from a 5% early booking discount. When you have made your booking, we will send you a written confirmation. It is imperative that you print this confirmation and take it with you to our ski school prior to the start of the course. Thank you!
Valid only for bookings up to 7 days before the start of the course!
Is there a fixed meeting point?
We have three assembly points, where we divide the participants into groups. When booking a course, we will notify you of your meeting point. Please arrive no later than 09:50 am.
What day of the week do the courses start?
Our courses start on Sundays and Mondays. Depending on the booking situation.
Beginners can start the courses these days only, advanced skiers may join the courses on later days according to arrangements made with the ski school office. Saturday: only book private courses
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and/ or 01:00 p.m. to 03:00 p.m.
Are there any problems in terms of timing if parents and children are both on courses?
No, we start and finish our courses always at the same time in the same assembly point.
A group will only run if there is a minimum number of 5 participants. If a group is reduced to less than 5 participants, the ski school reserves the right to merge groups or to decrease the number of lessons.
Can I extend my course?
Yes, is possible from the third day.
If I would like a private instructor, do I need to book them beforehand?
Yes, ideally 2 days in advance. In view of the growing demand, we recommend you to book early your desired Top instructor. Reservations may only be cancelled in the office by 04:00 p.m. the previous day. Otherwise we will charge the full fee as per the booking.
Is the ski pass included in the price?
No, the ski pass must be paid for separately. You can purchase it at the cash desk of the mountain railways "Venet Bergbahnen".
Can I claim my money back if the course does not meet my expectations?
We can only reimburse the costs for days not used, as a result of injury or illness, if you present a doctor’s note.
Course cancellations that are due to the weather (act of God) are not compensated for.
Our ski school disclaims any liability for accidents that occur during or before lessons. The participants are responsible for taking out an appropriate accident and liability insurance.
